We are pleased to introduce you to Dominique. She joined the Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar team in June of 2018, as a server. Throughout her freshman year at Midland University, she frequented the restaurant to enjoy half-price appetizers and was excited about the opportunity to join the team. She enjoys meeting customers and appreciates the warm greeting and friendly encouragement from her co-workers.

Dominique grew up in Temecula, California, a city in Southern California. It’s known as the heart of the Southern California wine country. At the age of 18, she packed up and moved to Fremont, Nebraska to attend Midland University and pursue a degree in Criminal Justice.

In her spare time, she enjoys riding four-wheelers and being in the great outdoors. She enjoys cooking Puerto Rican Cuisine, which is inspired by her father’s traditions. Her favorite movie is Mean Girls, but after meeting Dominique, you will see that she does not have any characteristics of the girls from the movie. She is a strong competitor in basketball, lacrosse, and track with the ability to fly over hurdles. You might want to think twice to challenging her on the court or the field.

The people that Dominque admires most is her parents. Dominque uses these three words to describe herself; motivated, family-oriented, and friendly. In her free time, she likes to explore new restaurants. Dominque superpower comes in her ability to trust her gut through intuition, which will support her goals in criminal justice to identify and catch unlawful individuals. Before joining the Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar Team, she pulled packages for Amazon.

Thank you, Dominque, for allowing us to get to know you better. We wish you the very best as you pursue your degree at Midland University and appreciate you being a part of the Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar Team.
